Monkeys on Motorbikes

Little monkeys on motorbikes are zipping around the streets of Bangkok these days. The one in the video appears to be on a leash, but the motorbike seems to be operating under its own power, rather then getting pulled along. It even knows when to look out for oncoming traffic.
